Objectives and legal basis of data processing:
- correct execution of the order of the photographic service - the legal basis of processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) RODO), and in the scope of data provided optionally - the legal basis of processing is consent (art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) RODO); - fulfilment by the Administrator of obligations arising from legal regulations - including those concretised in the Act of 29 September 1994. on accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) RODO); - for the purpose of possibly establishing, investigating or defending against claims - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO) consisting in the protection of your rights; the Administrator declares that it applies security measures that meet the requirements of the Regulation.
The personal data will be stored for a period of 60 months from the completion of the order, as well as for the period until the statute of limitations for possible claims or the expiry of the obligation to store data under the law, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents. 
The data will also not be processed after you have withdrawn your consent or lodged an objection, in situations where you are entitled to do so. 
Customers have the right to access the content of their data, request their rectification, deletion, lodge an objection, limit the processing, transfer the data to another administrator, complain to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of law.
